Bass Bonanza

With the weather window falling midweek we had to take a day off work today and get out there. Conditions and tide were perfect for lure fishing and a last good shot at the bass.
On our first drift through we both hooked into fish....same on the second and the third!

And that's how it continued all morning! We couldn't put a foot wrong......

We had a lot of small fish between 2 and 4lb but every now and then we'd get a better one with the best up over 7lb...

There were even a few pollack to be had too!

I lost count of how many bass we had and 4 hours went by in the blink of an eye.....you don't get many days like that and it certainly makes up for the times we've not been able to get out - Great Day!
