On the Black Bream in Sandown Bay

With the glorious weather of late, myself and Dave (life long mate and angling double act) thought it only right to book a last minute day off work and shoot out in the boat yesterday for a spot of bream bashing. We knew they were about so expectations were high!
What can I say, weather was fantastic and the fishing was non stop all day..............The best fish were up around the 3lb mark with a few smoothounds, bass and other bits and pieces thrown in for a bit of variety!

There was also some interest from a cuttle fish that took a liking to my live mackerel (intended for bass!!!)

Certainly beats a day at the office!
