More Plugging

Out with Ian again and a repeat performance from a couple of weeks ago. The highlight this morning though was a screamer of a run on a bubble float and delta eel. I think this fish must be getting on for one of the best I have had using this method - not weighed but somewhere between 5 and 6lb would be my guestimate.

Also had a few smaller ones on the fly today but when they are there you catch far more on the bubble floats. I think I will just have to dedicate a trip to fly fishing and leave the spinning rods at home!
